Materials

The choice of material is critical to the performance of the sheath. Our technical and synthetic fibers meet all industrial needs.

Thermal resistance: Aramides, meta-aramides, glass / silica, PTFE, stainless steel
Breaking strength / pull-out : Para-aramids, Dyneema, Vectran, Carbon, Glass
Chemical resistance: polyester, polypro, HDPE, PTFE
Acoustic resistance: cotton

Spindles

Depending on the desired diameter, we use braiding machines equipped with 8 spindles, 12 spindles, 16 spindles, 20 spindles, 24 spindles, 32 spindles, 40 spindles, 48 spindles, 96 spindles, and up to 144 spindles!
It is also possible to braid directly onto your electrical cables, hydraulic hoses, fiber-optic cables, various pipes, etc.
With the option to assemble multiple components within the same sheath
