The manufacture of an elastic necessarily involves the addition to the product of all or part of stretch fibers, making it possible to obtain articles with more or less significant elongation depending on use. There are 3 types of elastic fibers: natural latex, from rubber trees, elastane which is very common and found in particular in clothing, and technical elastomers with exceptional properties.
