At STN Tressage, we are proud to offer a Research and Development (R&D) department within our Technical Confectioning Design Office.

Our team of experts (methods agent, pattern maker, prototypists) is dedicated to innovating and optimizing the manufacturing processes of your future product (harness, lanyard, exoskeleton, luggage...).

Working in close collaboration with your teams, we define your technical specifications, design the right product together in terms of strength, ergonomics, comfort and appearance, and offer you customized technical solutions that perfectly meet your industrialization needs.

Thanks to our approach focused on YOU and YOUR NEEDS, we are able to transform innovative ideas into concrete products, using our latest technological advances, the most high-performance materials on the market and the most innovative techniques. Through our Design Office, you'll receive prototypes and mock-ups that can be industrially produced in our 3 garment workshops, or we'll provide you with a technical file that you can pass on to your own garment-making teams.

We're well aware that a textile product is often complicated to understand when you're not immersed in technical garments all day long (which is our case!), and you're not necessarily specialists in this type of manufacturing.
