Astrodye dyeing is a highly specific coloring technique developed in-house at our Decoster Caulliez dyehouse. It enables several colors to be injected onto a single spool of yarn, offering unique multicolor effects once the yarn has been woven or knitted. This process is particularly appreciated in applications requiring fluid, creative color changes, whether for decoration, technical textiles, automotive or even clothing. The Astrodye process is distinguished by its ability to produce a variety of visual effects from a single reel, giving a unique multicolor appearance to finished products. This makes it possible to create dynamic patterns without having to change yarns or interrupt the production process.
Features
Our vertical integration enables us to dye very limited quantities or multi-tonne runs, always with the guarantee of optimum quality control. We are not only dyers, we are also users of dyed yarn (weaver / knitter / braider). So we know our customers' production concerns, and we have the answers to address them.
We offer Astrodye dyeing not only for yarns (cotton, linen, acrylic, polyester, polyamide...) but also for cords, laces, ribbons... Our possibilities are limitless! We dye all our products in our own dyehouses in France.
