The "safety belt" for your shipments is made in France. At STN Tressage, we produce high-quality strapping designed for the demands of industrial transport and storage. Whether for securing heavy loads, securing pallets or closing boxes, this accessory guarantees perfect stability.
Our ranges: Threaded (Hot Melt) and Woven
- Fil à Fil textile strap (Hot Melt): Composed of parallel polyester threads bonded together (manufactured using hot-melt glue). This textile strap is flexible and lightweight. It is an economical and reliable solution for routine strapping.
- Woven textile strap: Thanks to its cross-weaving, this polyester strap offers maximum breaking strength. It is cut-resistant, making it ideal for materials with protruding angles (wood, metal).
Why use textile strapping?
- Resistance: With a breaking strength of up to 750 kg (and up to 2 tons depending on the reference), this is a high-resistance strap that resists impact and won't stretch.
- Safety: risk-free handling for the operator. Unlike steel, there are no sharp edges. This means no damage to fragile products or painted surfaces.
- Versatility: weather-resistant (outdoor storage), rot-proof and robust. It is an effective replacement for manual polypropylene or PET textile strapping.
