Full control of the production line, from braiding to manufacturing if required. Finely braided bungees to the most exacting standards in 8, 12, 16, 24 or 32 spindles, depending on the diameter required.

On request, a certified laboratory test FAR 25853 (aeronautics) is available to guarantee the flame resistance of our articles.

For the building and exterior design sector, the M0 or M1 standard is required. However, the tests cannot be carried out on a bungee cord, since this standard requires a material surface area of 1m2 to be tested.
That's why we generally issue a fire-resistance certificate in accordance with the FAR 25853 aeronautical standard, which is much more stringent. This test is carried out by an external laboratory to guarantee total clarity: safety is no joke at STN Tressage.
If you require a product complying with another standard (UL 94 HB, FMVSS 302, NF EN 2310, or other), please do not hesitate to contact us. We are at your disposal for any specific request.
